Fruition’s head office is based in Paarl, South Africa and we have a specialized packhouse in Johannesburg, where we pack all our prepacked lines straight to the Woolworths distribution centre.

Stone fruit runs in our blood; our farms in Ceres and Ladismith, our 20 year journey in establishing pluots, our packhouses, drying and ripening facilities. It’s not an easy category but we love it. Proudest achievements: cherry plums, Ready to Eat Flavorburst import nectarine range, late season Flavor Fall.

With 90% market-share, Woolworths is THE destination for cherries in South Africa. From our unique and exclusive cherry varieties grown in Ceres in early summer to a 5-month import season sourcing from Turkey, Bulgaria, Spain and the United Kingdom we work hard to keep this tricky fruit available to our customers.

Through our sister company Lona, we have an incredible citrus footprint with over 2000ha of orchards in 5 provinces, 6 large packhouses and cold room infrastructure. Our focus with Woolworths is on oranges, grapefruit, lemons and mandarins.
